I just released Signal Engine, an open-source tool to turn static analysis chaos into actionable insights.

It can: * In the future, aggregate results from multiple tools (Semgrep, ESLint, etc.). Now only semgrep json output is supported * Deduplicate and normalize findings * Rank alerts by relevance * Export clean, developer-friendly reports

Designed to start small and grow into a full signal-processing engine.
